We have a range of support options for business clients, whether it's a simple Pay As You Go, to a full support package that is payable monthly.

Our full-service contract is priced per machine.

It covers the following:

  • Unlimited remote, telephone & off-site support
  • Call-out charges waived
  • Monitored Anti-virus software
  • Online backup for laptops and workstations*
  • Patch management
  • Priority over our PAYG clients
  • Monitoring of all machines on our portal

The real benefit of this level of support is that we are proactive in our efforts to ensure that your machines run smoothly and without any downtime. Naturally, 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed, but it is in our best interests to ensure that our engineers do not have to visit the site to fix problems, so all machines are monitored on our portal, and most issues are resolved without the client even being aware of a problem.

Where a server is not present or covered by a support contract, we charge an Environment Charge to cover the additional support requirements of routers, switches, NAS devices, printer and scanner connectivity issues, and the like. Our environment charge is based on the number of routers, Firewalls, Printers, NAS devices, Managed Switches or Wi-Fi Controllers. Not all devices need to be covered, therefore we would be happy to discuss your requirements.
